SACAP (The South African College of Applied Psychology) is the leading independent provider of accredited Psychology, Counselling, Human Resource Management, Business Management and Social Work qualifications, with all courses grounded in psychology. We have campuses in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Online.
SACAP is looking for a Marketing Coordinator.
The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing initiatives and digital platforms to build brand awareness and ensure brand consistency.

SACAP is looking for a Marketing Coordinator.
The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing initiatives and digital platforms to build brand awareness and ensure brand consistency.
They act as a central link between marketing, design, content, sales and events to ensure projects run smoothly and are in line with organisational goals. This position requires collaborative work with all members in the marketing department and across all business divisions (SACAP College and SACAP Global).
Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- General marketing and customer support
- CRM reporting and support
- Reviewing branding, designs, content and blogs
- Assistance with webinars and events
- Reporting and research
- Website SEO and keyword research
- New course development and branding
- Website and Learning Management System (LMS) branding
- Maintaining various marketing platforms: Wincher, Crystal Ball, Google Analytics, and others
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Degree/Diploma in marketing and brand management, or similar.
- Strong organisational skills: able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
- Attention to detail and ensures brand consistency, accurate reporting and polished outputs.
- Communication and collaboration between team members in the marketing department.
- Analytical thinking, reporting, research, and using data to guide marketing-related decisions.
- Adaptability and problem-solving: able to pivot when priorities shift or challenges arise.
- Creativity and brand awareness: contributes ideas to content, campaigns and designs while protecting brand integrity.
- Technical confidence and familiarity with marketing platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, WordPress and CRM tools.

OPERATING HOURS:
This is a full-time position operating from Monday to Friday*:
- Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
- Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
