SACAP (The South African College of Applied Psychology) is the leading independent provider of accredited Psychology, Counselling, Human Resource Management, Business Management and Social Work qualifications, with all courses grounded in psychology. We have campuses in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Online.
SACAP is looking for a permanent, full-time, Sales Executive, that will be part of our SACAP Global team.
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth within the SACAP Global division through the proactive sale of online short courses, micro-credentials and workshops to both individual learners and corporate clients.
This role combines consultative selling, relationship management, pipeline development and disciplined sales reporting. The ideal candidate is target-driven, commercially minded, highly organized and confident engaging both B2C and B2B audiences.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years’ experience in a sales role
- Proven experience in B2C and/or B2B sales
- Experience selling education, training or professional development products (strong advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Operating Hours:
This is a full-time position operating from Mondays to Fridays*:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
- Friday: 08:30 – 16:00
