SACAP (The South African College of Applied Psychology) is the leading independent provider of accredited Psychology, Counselling, Human Resource Management, Business Management and Social Work qualifications, with all courses grounded in psychology. We have campuses in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Online.
SACAP is looking for a Faculty Manager. This position is a fixed term contract for 6 months.
This role provides high-level academic and operational support to the Head of Faculty in ensuring operational excellence within the Faculty. This includes managing curriculum implementation, upholding curriculum excellence, academic quality assurance, supporting academic teams, and regulatory alignment across the Faculty.

SACAP is looking for a Faculty Manager. This position is a fixed term contract for 6 months.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in Higher Education.
- Experience in curriculum design and quality assurance.
- Strong working knowledge of CHE, SAQA, DHET, and HPCSA regulatory frameworks.

- Deep understanding of QA frameworks and regulatory compliance

OPERATING HOURS:
This is a full-time position operating from Mondays to Fridays*:
Monday to Thursday: 08:30am to 17:00pm
Friday: 08:30am to 16:00pm
