SACAP (The South African College of Applied Psychology) is the leading independent provider of accredited Psychology, Counselling, Human Resource Management, Business Management and Social Work qualifications, with all courses grounded in psychology. We have campuses in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Online. 

SACAP is looking for a Global Digital Brand Manager.

The Global Digital Brand Manager supports business growth through strategic marketing input and management of all digital communication channels. This role is responsible for adapting marketing strategies to ensure relevance, accuracy and brand integrity for SACAP Global.   

Main Purpose of Job:

The Global Digital Brand Manager is responsible for developing, managing and optimising the brand’s digital presence across all platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and enrolment. The role oversees paid and organic media initiatives, web management, CRM communications, brand content, and digital customer experience improvements.


Qualifications and Experience:
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing or brand communications.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns (paid media).
  • Experience managing or updating websites via WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and website optimisation.
  • Experience producing or coordinating digital content (social, blog, web copy, CRM).
  • Familiarity with analytics dashboards (Google Analytics) and campaign reporting.
  • Experience working with CRM systems — preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM for lead management, communication workflows and reporting.
  • Experience working with external agencies/suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Advantageous: exposure to online learning / e-commerce / education sector.

OPERATING HOURS
:

This is a full-time position operating from Monday to Friday*:

  • Monday – Thursday:   08:30 – 17:00
  • Friday:                      08:00 – 16:00
